Structure:
It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, a pair of knives, machine shelf and rotation rotors.
Work theory: the motor drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder; put the tyre between two knives, it will be fixed by a locking arms, then the knives will be driven by the movement of cylinder, which makes the two knives form into a scissors, and cut the tyre further.
